The recipes on the Low Fat Meal Plan are meals that are delicious and family friendly, yet have the unnecessary fats eliminated or reduced. At eMeals, we have discovered that family friendly meals do not need a lot of extra fat content (butter, cheese, cream sauce) in order to taste great! In addition, we have discovered that preparing a low-fat menu does not mean your family has to eat “weird” foods that are not ordinary, straight-up meals.

This meal plan offers you or anyone in your family the opportunity to stick to a low fat dinner menu plan with the whole family eating the same foods.
