- 4 cups frozen chopped peaches
- 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1 cup uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup crushed or cubed ice
- Combine peaches, yogurt, milk, oats, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in blender.
- Cover and process until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Add ice; cover and pulse until smooth.
