Honey-Soy Salmon

Sesame Rice Noodles with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • ½ lb fresh or frozen wild-caught salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ Tbsp grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to Broil.
  2. Place salmon on a greased foil-lined baking sheet; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Broil 5 minutes.
  4. Combine honey, soy sauce and ginger; brush half of mixture over salmon.
  5. Broil 2 to 3 minutes longer or until salmon flakes with a fork; drizzle remaining half of honey mixture over salmon.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (14-oz) pkg rice noodles
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • ½ Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Steam broccoli according to package directions.
  3. Toss together noodles and broccoli with remaining ingredients.
