- 2 avocados, pitted and peeled
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 cups cubed pineapple
- 3 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 (13-oz) can coconut milk
- 2 cups ice
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds, soaked
- Process avocados, lime juice, pineapple, honey, ginger, coconut milk, and ice in a blender, scraping down sides as needed.
- Stir in chia seeds, and add enough water to reach desired consistency.
For more protein, serve a handful of raw almonds or a boiled egg to eat along with the smoothie.
