Peach-Oat Smoothie

Quick Smoothie
Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen chopped peaches
  • 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 cup uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup crushed or cubed ice

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, yogurt, milk, oats, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in blender.
  2. Cover and process until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Add ice; cover and pulse until smooth.
