Banana and Almond Butter Smoothie Bowls

Quick Smoothie
Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 (13-oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 cups ice
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut chips
  • 2 Tbsp chopped dates

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into 4 serving bowls; top with chia seeds, coconut chips and dates.

Note:

For additional protein, serve with boiled eggs.
