- 1 (13-oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ cup almond butter
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 cups ice
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut chips
- 2 Tbsp chopped dates
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Pour mixture evenly into 4 serving bowls; top with chia seeds, coconut chips and dates.
For additional protein, serve with boiled eggs.
