Apple-Kale Smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
- 1 banana
- 2 to 3 cups coconut water
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 cups crushed or cubed ice
Instructions
- Combine apples, kale, banana, 2 cups coconut water, honey and ice in a blender.
- Cover and pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Stir in additional coconut water to reach desired consistency.
