Chipotle-Ranch Chicken Wraps
Pineapple and Kiwi with LimeIngredients
- ½ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- Whisk together dressing and chipotle pepper.
- Toss together dressing mixture, chicken, lettuce, carrots and tomatoes in a large bowl.
- Mound chicken mixture on each tortilla; roll up.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed pineapple
- 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; chill, if desired.
