Sloppy Joe Topped Cheese Toast
Carrots with Ranch Dip and Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (14.5-oz) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1¼ cups ketchup
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8-count) pkg five-cheese Texas toast
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bake toast according to package directions.
- Place cheese toasts on 6 plates, and top with meat mixture and cheese.

- 1 (1-lb) pkg baby carrots
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- 1 (10-oz) bag potato chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve carrots with Ranch dressing for dipping alongside chips.
