Sloppy Joe Topped Cheese Toast

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1¼ cups ketchup
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8-count) pkg five-cheese Texas toast
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, bake toast according to package directions.
  4. Place cheese toasts on 6 plates, and top with meat mixture and cheese.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb) pkg baby carrots
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 (10-oz) bag potato chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve carrots with Ranch dressing for dipping alongside chips.
