Creamy Everything Chicken
Brown Rice and Sugar Snap Peas
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 oz cream cheese, cut up and softened
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook chicken in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 5 minutes. Turn chicken, and add onion to skillet; cook 5 minutes or until onion is browned and chicken is done. Remove chicken to a plate; keep warm.
- Add cream cheese and broth to skillet; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with bagel seasoning.

- 3 (3.5-oz) pkg boil-in-bag brown rice
- 1 (16-oz) pkg sugar snap peas
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
