Dilly Beef Burgers
Greens with Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lb ground beef
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1½ tsp chopped fresh dill (or use ½ tsp dried dill)
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Mix together onion, parsley, salt, and garlic in a large bowl. Add beef, and mix well. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 6 to 8 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, and vinegar in a bowl; stir in cucumber.
- Serve sauce on burgers.

- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 (5-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
- ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
Side Dish Instructions
- Toast nuts in a small skillet over medium-low heat until fragrant.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, and salt in a large bowl. Add greens, and toss. Sprinkle with nuts and tomatoes.
