Feta-Dill Salmon
Herb Spinach Hash BrownsIngredients
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 6 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place fish on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and desired amount of pepper.
- Combine cheese, dill, and lemon juice; sprinkle over fish. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

- 2 (16-oz) pkg frozen hash browns
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (6-oz) pkg baby spinach
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss hash browns with oil, salt, garlic, and desired amount of pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 20 minutes or until browned. Toss with spinach until wilted.
