Ranch Chicken and Bacon Skewers

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg bacon 

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Toss chicken with dressing. Weave chicken and bacon alternately on skewers.
  2. Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until chicken is done and bacon is crisp.
  3. Serve with additional Ranch for dipping.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (6-count) pack frozen corn on the cob mini ears
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ (15-oz) pkg frozen green peas

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook desired amount of corn according to package directions; drain and rub with butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Steam peas according to package directions; season to taste.
