Creamy Chicken Ranch Wraps
Carrot ChipsIngredients
- ½ cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 soft taco size whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, and Ranch mix in a large bowl. Stir in chicken, bell pepper, avocado, and green onions.
- Divide chicken mixture among wraps. Roll up burrito-style to serve.
