Ingredients

  • 2 (24-oz) jars marinara sauce
  • 1 cup water 
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 12 oz spaghetti, broken in half
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen meatballs
  • 1 (8-oz) ball fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk together marinara sauce, water, and Italian seasoning in a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Add uncooked spaghetti, stirring to coat with sauce. Arrange meatballs over spaghetti.
  3. Cover and bake 50 to 60 minutes, stirring halfway through baking time, until pasta is tender. Uncover; stir and top with cheese.
  4. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Top with basil.
