Ground Beef Stroganoff
Buttery Egg Noodles and Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¾ cup beef broth
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook ground beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring until beef is browned and crumbly.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Stir in broth and Worcestershire sauce; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Stir in sour cream; cook 2 minutes.
- Serve over egg noodles.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg wide egg noodles
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions; stir in butter.
- Steam green beans according to package directions; season to taste.
