Mediterranean Pasta Salad with Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg bow-tie pasta
  • 2 (15.5-oz) cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 pints grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 English cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 cup halved pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ⅓ cup refrigerated balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  3. Stir in chickpeas and remaining ingredients; cover and chill until ready to serve.
