Rolls with Orange-Honey ButterIngredients
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby romaine lettuce
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup refrigerated grapefruit segments (from a jar)
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped roasted and salted pistachios
- 1 (2-count) pkg hard-cooked eggs, halved
- 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup refrigerated Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Divide salad among serving plates; top with chicken, grapefruit, pistachios, hard-cooked eggs, avocado and onion.
- Drizzle with Ranch dressing.

- ½ (14-oz) pkg frozen parker-house style rolls
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- ½ Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp grated orange rind
