Mixed Greens Salad with Buttermilk-Dill Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 head green leaf lettuce, torn
- 1 head red leaf lettuce, torn
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 cups sliced radishes
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Toss together lettuces, cucumber, radishes, and tomatoes in a large bowl.
- Whisk together buttermilk, dill, green onions, vinegar, and onion powder in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Just before serving, drizzle desired amount of dressing over salad; toss.
