Mixed Greens Salad with Buttermilk-Dill Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 head green leaf lettuce, torn
  • 1 head red leaf lettuce, torn
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups sliced radishes
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Toss together lettuces, cucumber, radishes, and tomatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together buttermilk, dill, green onions, vinegar, and onion powder in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Just before serving, drizzle desired amount of dressing over salad; toss.
