Seared Hawaiian Tuna Poke
Sesame Brown Rice with KaleIngredients
- ½ lb tuna steaks
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ Tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tsp Sriracha hot sauce
- ½ tsp refrigerated minced ginger
- 1 small avocado, pitted and diced
- ½ cup seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Sear fish in hot oil in a large skillet over high heat 1 to 2 minutes per side. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes; cut into large cubes.
- Combine soy sauce, vinegar, Sriracha and ginger in a large bowl. Add tuna, avocado and cucumber; toss. Serve over brown rice.

- 1 (8.5-oz) pouch microwavable brown basmati rice
- 1 cup very thinly sliced lacinato kale, stemmed
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

- Heat rice according to package directions. Stir in kale, sesame seeds and soy sauce.
