White Chocolate-Strawberry Trifles
Ingredients
- 1 (3.3-oz) pkg white chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (16-oz) frozen pound cake, thawed and cubed
- 1 pint strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth. Chill until thickened.
- Beat cream at high speed with an electric mixer until foamy. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Whisk chilled pudding well to remove any lumps.
- Layer pudding, cake, sweetened whipped cream, and strawberries in 8 oz cups or jars.
- Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
