Moo Shu Chicken
Braised Sesame BroccoliIngredients
- 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- ½ (10.5-oz) pkg chopped Asian salad kit (see Note)
- 4 fajita-size whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- Sauté garlic in hot oil in a medium nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat 1 minute.
- Add chicken, ginger and half of dressing packet from salad kit (reserve remaining half of dressing for a future meal); cook 2 minutes.
- Add all remaining ingredients from salad kit except topping packet; cook 1 minute.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas; sprinkle with topping packet. Roll up.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark sesame oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Bring broth, soy sauce and oil to a boil in a small saucepan. Add broccoli. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 6 minutes or until tender.
