Moo Shu Chicken

Braised Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • ½ (10.5-oz) pkg chopped Asian salad kit (see Note)
  • 4 fajita-size whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic in hot oil in a medium nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat 1 minute.
  2. Add chicken, ginger and half of dressing packet from salad kit (reserve remaining half of dressing for a future meal); cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients from salad kit except topping packet; cook 1 minute.
  4. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas; sprinkle with topping packet. Roll up.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bring broth, soy sauce and oil to a boil in a small saucepan. Add broccoli. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 6 minutes or until tender.
