Green Kale Smoothie

Apple Wedges with Almond Butter and Cranberries

Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed baby kale, torn
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 2 cups cubed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 (1-liter) carton coconut water
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Process kale, bananas, pineapple, honey, coconut water and ice in a blender, scraping down sides as needed. Add enough water to reach desired consistency.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 4 small apples, cut into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened dried cranberries (such as Natural Healing House)

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Spread almond butter onto each apple wedge. Sprinkle with cranberries.
