Sheet Pan Sriracha-Ranch Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lb chicken cutlets
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower medley
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into strips
- 2 red onions, cut into wedges
- 2 Tbsp jarred minced garlic
- 2 (1-oz) envelopes organic Ranch seasoning mix (such as Simply Organic)
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place 2 large rimmed baking sheets in oven while preheating.
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl. Arrange in an even layer on preheated pans.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
