Sheet Pan Honey-Garlic Shrimp with Broccoli and Peppers
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup raw honey
- ¼ cup coconut aminos soy-free sauce
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp grated ginger
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 large red bell peppers, sliced
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, large wild-caught raw shrimp
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Stir together honey, coconut aminos, oil, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper.
- Toss together broccoli, bell peppers, and half of honey mixture in a bowl. Toss together shrimp and remaining half of honey mixture in a second bowl.
- Spread broccoli mixture in a single layer on one end of a large foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
- Stir broccoli mixture. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on opposite end of pan. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and salt and black pepper to taste. Serve with lime wedges.
