Cheese-Stuffed BLT Hot Dogs

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-count) pkg all-beef hot dogs
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8-count) pkg hot dog buns, split and toasted
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut a lengthwise slit down the center of each hot dog (being careful not to cut through hot dog). Stuff cheese into each slit and place cheese-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and hot dogs are done.
  4. Place hot dogs in buns; top with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle with Ranch dressing.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw mix
  • 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • ¾ tsp celery salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 (28-oz) can baked beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Stir together slaw, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, celery salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat beans according to package directions.
