Ingredients

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated three-cheese tortellini
  • 1 (8.8-oz) pkg kale Caesar salad kit (such as Dole)
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
  • ½ cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup halved, pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 seedless cucumber, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Toss together hot cooked pasta, salad kit, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Serve at room temperature.
