Greek Chicken-and-Tortellini Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg refrigerated three-cheese tortellini
- 1 (8.8-oz) pkg kale Caesar salad kit (such as Dole)
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
- ½ cup sliced roasted red peppers
- ½ cup halved, pitted kalamata olives
- 1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 seedless cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Toss together hot cooked pasta, salad kit, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Serve at room temperature.
