  • 2 (10-oz) pkg baby arugula
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg blackberries
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ½ cup refrigerated gluten-free balsamic vinaigrette (such as Marie's)
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine arugula, chicken, berries, and basil in a bowl; drizzle with dressing, and toss. Sprinkle with nuts and cheese.
