Crispy Oven-Baked Fish Sticks
Apple-Bacon Chopped SaladIngredients
- 1 cup whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ¾ cup roasted garlic mayonnaise (such as Hellmann's)
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1¾ lb grouper, cut into 1-inch-thick strips
- ½ cup cocktail sauce
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Stir together panko and parsley in a shallow bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, seafood seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Dip fish in mayonnaise mixture; dredge in panko mixture, shaking off excess. Place on a greased wire rack on a baking sheet.
- Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.

- 3 apples, cored and chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 (13.2-oz) pkg chopped salad kit with sunflower seeds (such as Dole Sunflower Crunch)

- Toss apples in lemon juice.
- Prepare salad kit according to package directions. Add apples; toss.
