Super-Easy White Chicken Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 (11.9-oz) thin-and-crispy spinach-and-garlic frozen pizzas (such as DiGiorno; see Note)
  • 1 deli rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 1¼ cups finely shredded Parmesan cheese (or use shredded mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Bake pizzas directly on oven rack according to package directions.
  2. Carefully remove pizzas from oven; top with chicken and cheese. Return to oven, and bake 1 to 2 minutes longer. Cut into small wedges to serve.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1½ lb broccoli florets
  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup real bacon bits
  • ½ cup golden raisins

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli in a large saucepan of boiling water 1 minute. Drain well, and cool completely.
  2. Toast nuts in a small skillet over medium heat until fragrant; cool.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add broccoli, bacon, raisins, and nuts. Toss. Chill up to 24 hours.
