Super-Easy White Chicken Pizzas
Broccoli Salad with BaconIngredients
- 2 (11.9-oz) thin-and-crispy spinach-and-garlic frozen pizzas (such as DiGiorno; see Note)
- 1 deli rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 1¼ cups finely shredded Parmesan cheese (or use shredded mozzarella)
Instructions
- Bake pizzas directly on oven rack according to package directions.
- Carefully remove pizzas from oven; top with chicken and cheese. Return to oven, and bake 1 to 2 minutes longer. Cut into small wedges to serve.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ lb broccoli florets
- ½ cup pine nuts
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup real bacon bits
- ½ cup golden raisins
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook broccoli in a large saucepan of boiling water 1 minute. Drain well, and cool completely.
- Toast nuts in a small skillet over medium heat until fragrant; cool.
- Stir together mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add broccoli, bacon, raisins, and nuts. Toss. Chill up to 24 hours.
