Chicken Florentine Naan Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 (8.8-oz) pkg whole-grain naan
  • 1 Tbsp jarred minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
  • 1 (8-oz) carton olive-and-red-pepper cream cheese spread
  • 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken (without skin)
  • ½ cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake naan on a foil-lined large baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
  2. Cook garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 30 seconds or until fragrant. Gradually add spinach; cook until wilted.
  3. Spread cream cheese over naan. Top with spinach mixture, chicken, roasted peppers, and feta.
  4. Bake 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned and cheese is melted; sprinkle with pepper.
