Buffalo Chicken Wings

Steamed Carrots and Ranch Lettuce Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 (2-lb) pkg frozen chicken wings, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup Frank's hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place wings on a roasting pan so pieces are not touching. Bake 1 hour or until golden brown and done.
  2. Melt butter with hot sauce in a small saucepan. Serve on the side, or pour over hot wings.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 5 carrots, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • ½ head iceberg lettuce, cut into 2 wedges
  • ¼ cup gluten-free Ranch dressing
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam carrots in a steamer basket over boiling water 8 minutes or until tender. Toss carrots with butter; season with salt to taste.
  2. Drizzle lettuce wedges with dressing, and top with tomato. Season with freshly ground pepper to taste.
