Baked New Orleans "Barbecue" Shrimp
Broccoli Slaw with Dijon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large shrimp
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- ½ tsp hot sauce
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place shrimp in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
- Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, seasoning, coconut aminos, hot sauce, and pepper. Pour over shrimp; toss.
- Bake 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Garnish with lemon slices.

- 1½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add slaw; toss. Serve immediately, or cover and chill 1 hour.
