Greek Chicken Salad with Pita Croutons

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg classic salad mix
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup Greek vinaigrette
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg pita chips

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with Greek seasoning. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done. Thinly slice.
  2. Toss together salad mix, tomatoes, radishes, and cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with desired amount of dressing; toss. Divide salad among 6 plates; top with chicken and pita chips.
