Greek Chicken Salad with Pita Croutons
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (12-oz) pkg classic salad mix
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 (5-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup Greek vinaigrette
- 1 (8-oz) pkg pita chips
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with Greek seasoning. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done. Thinly slice.
- Toss together salad mix, tomatoes, radishes, and cheese in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with desired amount of dressing; toss. Divide salad among 6 plates; top with chicken and pita chips.
