Sweet and Spicy Chicken Nuggets
Crunchy Ramen Noodle Slaw with OrangesIngredients
- 1 (25.5-oz) pkg frozen breaded chicken nuggets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp Sriracha hot sauce (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Bake nuggets according to package directions.
- Cook garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 1 minute. Stir in hoisin sauce, lime juice, and, if desired, Sriracha; cook 1 minute. Add baked nuggets; toss. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.

- 2 (3-oz) pkg ramen noodles (any flavor)
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick-cut carrots
- 1 (15-oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 (16-oz) bottle Asian toasted sesame dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Discard seasoning packets from ramen noodles. Break noodles into small pieces, and spread onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with butter.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until toasted.
- Toss together coleslaw, carrots, oranges, green onions, and ramen noodles in a large bowl. Add desired amount of dressing; toss. Serve immediately.
