Asian Ground Beef Cabbage Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick-cut carrots
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ½ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 12 savoy cabbage leaves
  • ¼ cup salted, dry-roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in carrots and garlic; cook, stirring often, 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 3 minutes. Stir in basil. Serve in cabbage leaves; sprinkle with nuts.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • 5 radishes, sliced
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped onion (about 1 cup)
  • ⅓ cup refrigerated sesame vinaigrette (such as Marie's)
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
