Asian Ground Beef Cabbage Wraps
Cucumber-Radish SaladIngredients
- 1½ lb lean ground beef
- 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick-cut carrots
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- ½ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 12 savoy cabbage leaves
- ¼ cup salted, dry-roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in carrots and garlic; cook, stirring often, 2 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 3 minutes. Stir in basil. Serve in cabbage leaves; sprinkle with nuts.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 5 radishes, sliced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped onion (about 1 cup)
- ⅓ cup refrigerated sesame vinaigrette (such as Marie's)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
