Korean Barbecue Burgers
Crispy Onion Rings with Spicy SauceIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 6 green onions, finely chopped and divided
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 sesame seed hamburger buns, split
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine beef, 2 chopped onions, soy sauce, oil, sugar, ginger, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted.
- Stir together coleslaw, 4 chopped onions, mayonnaise, and Sriracha in a large bowl. Serve burgers on buns with desired amount of coleslaw.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen onion rings
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake onion rings according to package directions.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, and green onions in a small bowl. Serve sauce with onion rings.
