Spinach-Mushroom Pizza
Salad with GrapesIngredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 (16-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 (8-oz) jar pesto
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted.
- Unroll dough onto a lightly greased large baking sheet. Spread pesto over dough; top with mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 (12-oz) pkg classic salad mix
- 2 cups seedless red grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard, and honey in a large bowl. Add salad mix and grapes; toss.
