Egg Roll in a Bowl
Roasted Sesame BroccoliIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 (16-oz) pkg tri-color coleslaw mix
- 6 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp refrigerated minced ginger (from a 4-oz tube)
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce
- ½ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat stirring until beef is browned and crumbles. Drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in coleslaw mix, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, and sriracha sauce. Cook 5 minutes or until cabbage is wilted; stir in basil.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
