Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 (16-oz) pkg tri-color coleslaw mix
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp refrigerated minced ginger (from a 4-oz tube)
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook beef, mushrooms, onion and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat stirring until beef is browned and crumbles. Drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in coleslaw mix, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, and sriracha sauce. Cook 5 minutes or until cabbage is wilted; stir in basil.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
