Philly Cheesesteak Chicken Sandwiches
Seasoned French FriesIngredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ (0.7-oz) envelope Italian dressing mix
- 2 hoagie rolls
- ½ (8-oz) pkg sliced provolone cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken in a 4-quart slow cooker; top with bell pepper, onion, garlic, and broth. Sprinkle with seasoning mix. Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours. Shred chicken in cooker; mix well.
- Split hoagie rolls, and place desired amount of cheese on one side of each roll. Preheat broiler. Broil rolls 1 to 2 minutes until lightly browned and cheese is melted. Top with chicken mixture.
