Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 3 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups teriyaki sauce with sesame seeds
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until done. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.
  2. Add teriyaki sauce, broccoli, and pineapple. Cover and cook until broccoli is just tender, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook until sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in cilantro, and serve over rice.

  • 1½ cups long-grain white rice
