Sausage, Tomato, and Pesto Pizza
Caesar SaladIngredients
- ½ lb ground sweet Italian sausage
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 (6-oz) jar pesto
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain.
- Meanwhile, roll out dough to desired thickness on a lightly floured surface. Spread pesto on dough; top with cheese, tomatoes, and sausage.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Sprinkle with basil.
