Bacon-Wrapped Beef Tenderloin Bites
Ingredients
- 2 lb beef tenderloin steaks
- 14 slices bacon, cut in half
- Wooden picks
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp unsulphured molasses
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cut steaks into 2-inch chunks. Wrap each chunk with a piece of bacon; secure with wooden picks.
- Whisk together vinegar, molasses, mustard, oil, soy sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
- Add steak bites, turning to coat. Let stand 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Arrange steak bites in a single layer on a wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Remove wooden picks. Serve with Spicy Mustard Dipping Sauce.
