Meat Loaf Burgers with Tomato Gravy
Mashed CauliflowerIngredients
- 2 lb ground sirloin
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 (14.5-oz) cans no-salt-added fire-roasted diced tomatoes (such as Muir Glen)
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Shape beef into 6 patties; sprinkle with seasoning.
- Cook patties in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Remove from skillet; wipe skillet clean.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; add flour, and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes and broth; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in Worcestershire.
- Return patties to skillet; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen mashed cauliflower
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Season with pepper.
