Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 2 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine Brussels sprouts, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring once.
