Ingredients

  • 2 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine Brussels sprouts, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring once.
