Beef Taco Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1½ tsp chili powder
- 1½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- ¾ cup fresh salsa
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- Cook beef, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Stir in water.
- Arrange lettuce in 4 bowls. Top with beef mixture, salsa, sour cream, cheese, and olives.
