Ketchup-Topped Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¾ cup ketchup, divided
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ tsp Greek seasoning
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Gently mix beef, breadcrumbs, ¼ cup ketchup, Worcestershire, and seasoning using your hands. Shape in a loaf, and place in a 9-x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour. Carefully drain and discard drippings.
- Mix ½ cup ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard; spread over meat loaf in pan. Bake 15 minutes longer or until center of loaf is no longer pink. Cool slightly, and slice.
