Ravioli Florentine

Ingredients

  • 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen ravioli
  • 1 (10-oz) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread a thin layer of sauce in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; top with half each of ravioli, spinach, mozzarella, and sauce.
  2. Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, spinach, mozzarella, and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly.
