Chicken Caesar Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken breast cutlets, sliced (see Note) 
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup Caesar dressing, divided
  • 6 tandoori flatbreads (or use pita bread)
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until starting to brown, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add ½ cup dressing to skillet, reduce heat to medium, and cook 4 minutes or until chicken is browned and done. Remove from heat.
  3. Meanwhile, heat flatbreads according to package directions. Fill with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Drizzle each wrap with 2 tsp dressing.

  • 1 (16-oz) container pineapple chunks

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve pineapple with wraps.
