Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Clock

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) pkg softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup (1 stick) softened unsalted butter or ghee
  • ½ cup all-natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp granulated sweetener
  • 3 handfuls sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
  2. Place the cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sweetener in a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until well incorporated.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and mix in with a spatula.
  4. Use a cookie scoop or large spoon to form twelve 1½-inch balls, placing each ball on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 hour so the fat bombs will harden.
  6. Put the frozen fat bombs in a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag and store in the freezer for up to 4 weeks.
