Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Fat Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) pkg softened cream cheese
- ½ cup (1 stick) softened unsalted butter or ghee
- ½ cup all-natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp granulated sweetener
- 3 handfuls sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
- Place the cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sweetener in a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix until well incorporated.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix in with a spatula.
- Use a cookie scoop or large spoon to form twelve 1½-inch balls, placing each ball on the lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 hour so the fat bombs will harden.
- Put the frozen fat bombs in a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag and store in the freezer for up to 4 weeks.
